Geir Gulliksen

Geir Gulliksen ( born January 9, 1960 in Alesund ) is a Norwegian show jumping.

In April 2013, he is ranked 269 in the world rankings. In May 2011, he was ranked 143

Career

Together with Morten Djupvik, Tony Andre Hansen and Stein Endresen he won the 2008 bronze medal at the Olympic Games. After a positive doping test of Hansen's horse Camiro the team medals were revoked. 2001 Gulliksen was elected Athlete of the Year.

In February 2012, he was, admitted to the result of a riding accident a few days earlier with a blood clot in the lungs to the hospital.

Gulliksen lives in Lierskogen, is married and has two children. Both his daughter, Victoria and his son Johan - Sebastian ride Jumping the heavy class.
