Geir Lippestad

Geir Lippestad ( born June 7, 1964 in Hønefoss ) is a Norwegian lawyer.

Lippestad is the owner of a law firm. He specializes in property and employment law.

Nationally known he was when he defended two neo-Nazi group Boot Boys on the occasion of the murder of 15 -year-old Norwegian- African boy Benjamin Hermansen in 2002. He became internationally known as a defender of the Norwegian mass murderer Anders Behring Breivik.

Lippestad is a member of the Norwegian Labour Party and has at times been deputy chairman of the local branch in North beach. He is married to Signe Lippestad; the couple has eight children together.
