Gelindo Bordin
Gelindo Bordin ( born April 2, 1959 in Longare / Vicenza ) is a former Italian long- distance runner who won the gold medal in Seoul in the marathon at the Olympic Summer Games 1988.

- 1987 World Championships in Rome, Bronze
- 1990 European Championships in Split, Gold Medal
- Victory in the Boston Marathon in 1990 in 2:08:19 ( personal best )
After the end of his career he was race director at the Prague Marathon.
