Gene Dinwiddie

Gene Dinwiddie ( born September 19, 1936 in Louisville, Kentucky; † January 11, 2002 in La Puente ) is an American blues saxophonist who was best known as a member of the Butterfield Blues Band.

Dinwiddie had already played since the 1950s jazz and blues until he 1967 Butterfield Blues Band joined. In this he remained until the separation in 1971 and also afterwards he was still a member of the successor band Full Moon.
