Gene Fowler, Jr.

Gene Fowler Jr. ( born May 27, 1917 in Denver, Colorado; † 11 May 1998 in Woodland Hills, California ) was an American editor and film and television director.

Life

Fowler Jr. is the son of writer and screenwriter Gene Fowler ( 1890-1960 ). He has worked as an editor in the 1930s. As such, he was active until the 1980s and participated in more than 50 productions. In the 1950s he also turned to the director and first staged consequences of various television series.
