Geno Washington

Geno Washington ( * December 1943 in Evansville, William Francis actually Washington, Indiana) is an American R & B musician who celebrated his greatest successes in the UK.

Published between 1966 and 1969 "The Ram Jam Band " 5 albums with Geno as a member. Since early 1976, he published eight solo albums. He was also the one that Ian Brown at a birthday party in Manchester (England ), the Council gave to become a singer. This then founded the legendary British guitar band "The Stone Roses ".

The band " Dexys Midnight Runners ' Geno Washington dedicated a song that bears his name.
