Geoffrey Horne
Geoffrey Horne ( born August 22, 1933, Buenos Aires ) is an American actor.
Life
Horne was born in Argentina and spent some early years in Cuba, where his father lived as a representative of an oil company. He studied from 1954 with Lee Strasberg and wrote two years later at The Actors Studio in. However, not managed to get hold of roles away from television productions and more than smaller parts in movies, so he went to the end of the 1950s, to Italy, where it some leading roles were offered. Most of his films, however, are forgotten today. In 1964 he returned to the United States back on playing on stage ( on Broadway and Off- productions ) and guest starred in television series on. From the mid- 1970s, he concentrated on teaching, which led him back to his beginnings in 1978 at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. Later he taught at New York University in the city in which he lives with his fifth wife.
Horne has four of his own and three adopted children. 2011 appeared a documentary about Lee Strasberg and his method of acting Spie Lerns, which consists largely of an interview with Horne.
