Gottfried II of Villehardouin (* 1195, † 1246 ) was Prince of Achaia 1228-1246 He was the eldest son of Godfrey I of Villehardouin. .

Gottfried has been recognized by the Latin Emperor of Constantinople, Peter of Courtenay Opel. In 1217 he married Agnes de Courtenay, a daughter of Peter of Courtenay and Yolanda of Flanders. He continued his father's policy and the Latin priest made ​​himself enemies by limited its activities and finances. For Gottfried II was excommunicated by the Pope. Gottfried died in 1246 and was buried in his capital, Andra Vida, in the church of the monastery of St. Jacob. He was succeeded by his brother William II of Villehardouin.
