Georg Zoch
Georg Zoch ( born September 2, 1902 in Gdansk, † March 31, 1944 in Berlin) was a German screenwriter, film director and writer of stage plays.
Zoch began as an actor and had his first engagement in 1926 at the Municipal Theatre of Gdansk. He later played in the Polish Bielsko.
Since 1932, he wrote screenplays. His materials were very diverse, mostly it was comedy, but also romances, adventure films and melodramas. With submarines west! and people in the storm, he delivered the screenplays for two Nazi propaganda films. At twelve feature films and several short films he directed himself led. He has also written stage plays, of which Jenny and the Lord was also filmed in tails.
