George Ewan McCraney

George Ewan McCraney ( born July 23, 1868 in Bothwell, Ontario, † March 18, 1921 ) was a Canadian lawyer and politician.

Life

George Ewan McCraney was born in 1868 as the son of a lawyer and politician Daniel McCraney. He studied at the University of Toronto and received in 1892 a Bachelor of Arts (BA ), and in 1895 a Bachelor of Laws ( LL.B. ). McCraney has now worked as a barrister.

In February 1906 he was elected at a by-election in the Canadian House of Commons and thus occupied the vacant seat of retiring Rep. John Henderson Lamont new. 1908 and 1911 were each McCraneys re-election. In the elections of 1917 he no longer went to.
