George Hepplewhite

George Hepplewhite († June 21, 1786 in London ) was an English cabinetmaker.

Life

He was one of the great carpenter in the second half of the 18th century. The furniture Hepplewhites were, inter alia, petite mahogany chairs and corresponded to Louis XVI .. They often have slightly curved lines, one line with Chippendale.
