George M. McCune
George McAfee "Mac" McCune ( born June 16, 1908 in Pyongyang, North Korea today, † November 5, 1948 ) was an American linguist. Along with Edwin O. Reischauer, he developed the McCune - Reischauer romanization for the Korean script.
