George Smith AM ( * July 14, 1980 in Manly ) is an Australian rugby union player who plays in the position of winger. He is active for the Sanyo Wild Knights and the Australian national team. With 110 caps he is a striker with the most appearances for the " Wallabies ".

Career

Smith's ancestors come from Tonga, his brother Tyrone decided to play for the national team in the variant Tonga Rugby League. George Smith but has already played in his youth for school and regional selections in Australia. In 2000 he undertook the Brumbies.
