George V (Paris Métro)

George V is an underground station on Line 1 of the Paris Métro. It is located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris beneath the Avenue des Champs- Élysées.

By 1920 the station had, which in the Crimean War (1853 /55) marked the name "Alma", which referred to the eponymous river in Sevastopol a hard-fought position.
