Georgy Beriev

Georgy Mikhailovich Beriev (actually Beriaschwili / Бериашвили ) (Russian Георгий Михайлович Бериев, scientific transliteration Georgy Beriev Michajlovič; Georgian. გიორგი მხეილის ძე ბერიაშვილი, Giorgi Mikheilis Dze Beriashvili; * Januarjul 31 / 13 February 1903greg in Tbilisi, † 12. Biography

About the early years of Georgi Mikhailovich Beriev who actually Beriaschwili was due to his Georgian origin, is not very much known. After graduating in 1923, the railway school in Tbilisi, Berijew went to the Polytechnic Institute of Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg State Polytechnic University ). There he studied at the Faculty of shipbuilding in the aerospace division.

The institute he left in 1930 as engineer.
