Gerard Carbonara
Gerard Carbonara ( born December 8, 1886 New York City, USA, † January 11, 1959 in Sherman Oaks, California ) was an American musician and film composer.
Life
Carbonara began his movie career in music at the end of the silent film era. In the 1930s and 1940s, he was involved in numerous film scores, including at the site to the Western classic from director John Ford, who Ringo here, however, was not among the Oscar winners. In the 1940s, especially after the Second World War, he was mainly involved in short films. Carbonara often worked closely with his colleague John Leipold.
