Gerardo Seoane
Gerardo Seoane (born 30 October 1978) is a Swiss football player.
Career
The Swiss- Spanish dual citizen Gerardo Seoane began his career as a junior at FC Rothenburg and later moved to FC Luzern. Soon, he played professionally in Lucerne and then at FC Sion, before joining the second team of Deportivo La Coruña. There he played three seasons long, with an intermediate stop at AC Bellinzona. In 2002 it undertook the FC Aarau, where he spent two years as a regular player. From there he went along with coach Alain Geiger for the city of Zurich Grasshopper-Club. In early 2007 he returned to FC Luzern, where played until 2010. He was captain of FC Luzern.
Serious injury: In the cup match between FC Luzern and Grasshopper Club Zurich (14 March 2007), drew a tibia and fibula fracture to the 28- year-old.
