Talk (also Flaviopolis, Geredia, Kratya, Gerdipoli, Gerdüpeboli, Gerdepeboli, Gerdele ) is a town with 24,261 inhabitants in the Turkish province of Bolu.
It was colonized by the Bithynians, Celts, Lydians, Persians, Macedonians, Romans and Byzantines. Talk is located in the wooded area of the province of Bolu. The area is known for winter sports.
