Gerhard Gustmann

Gerhard Gustmann (* August 13, 1910, † March 30, 1992 ) was a German rower from Spandau Rowing Club " Friesen " eV

Along with Herbert Adamski and helmsman Dieter Arend he won the gold medal in pairs with coxswain at the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin. In 1937 he won with Adamski and the new helmsman Günter Holstein at the European Championships in 1938, the three rowers European Championship runner-up.

His first national title won Gustmann 1935 at eighth. Adamski and Gustmann were from 1936 to 1939 four times in a row, German master, 1939, they were also victorious in the four with coxswain.
