German Law Journal

The German Law Journal ( GLJ ) is a Canadian-American online journal that deals with current developments in the German, European and international law. It is published monthly and is free.

The German Law Journal was established by the present law professors and editors Russell A. Miller ( University of Idaho ) and Peer C. Zumbansen ( York University) in 2000, which had met as a research assistant at the Federal Constitutional Court. It was originally conceived as a newsletter with English annotations to German judgments in bi-monthly publication.

The German Law Journal is sponsored by the Robert Bosch Foundation. As is customary in American Law Reviews, especially law students work with it. The contributions will be selected in a peer -review process.
