German Oil Museum

The German Petroleum Museum is located in Wietze Wietze, a community west of Celle in Celle district ( Lower Saxony). It was established on part of the former oil field Wietze and opened in 1970.

Description

The exhibitions in the buildings show using text, graphics and models to know the formation, occurrence, search, extraction, processing and use of petroleum.
