Gernot Roll

Gernot Roll ( born April 9, 1939 in Dresden ) is a German cinematographer. In addition, he has also operated several times as a director since 1995.

He completed his education from 1953 to 1956 at the DEFA studios in Babelsberg. 1960 moved Gernot Roll from the GDR to the Federal Republic of Germany and a year later went to Bavaria Film in Munich. He turned so far around 100 productions, including 40 large television films and television series.
