Reception

According to Kuno Liesegang Splash comics, the manga is cluttered with comic relief and fantasy clichés. The ratio of voltage and comedy is not balanced. The plot was too indecisive and drawings also unconvincing, only single characters are successful. Only for fans of roleplaying games is the manga interesting, as he would like in this course of action and offer many fancy figures.

The American magazine Animerica sees the OVA form of bonds from many other productions such as Record of Lodoss War or Final Fantasy, but would a drawing like narrative clearly inferior version offered here. The plot was consistently confusing the fights were strongly reminiscent of games like Prince of Persia.
