Intellectual Property and Copyright Law ( IIC ) is a legal journal of the German Association for Intellectual Property and Copyright Law, published since 1891 ( until 1895 under the title " Journal of Intellectual Property Law "). Since 1953 also appears IIC International ( prior to 1967 IIC Peregrine part ), since 2001 also the IIC judicial report appears. Since November 2009, the journal is published in the IIC - family twice a month IIC practice in Intellectual Property and Competition Law ( IIC - Prax ), which has previously only on the database Beck -Online available Fachdienst replaced Intellectual Property (FD- ECSRS ). IIC - Prax this first appears in digital form over this database and then subsequently and identical text as printed output.

The journals contain scholarly articles and court decisions on the subject intellectual property, copyright and competition law. They are among the leading journals in their field. Because of the green book cover the IIC as the " Green Journal" and the right area treated in it is called " Green Zone ". This its scientific and practical importance is particularly evident.
