Gfortran

GNU Fortran ( gfortran ) is a free compiler for Fortran after the Fortran 95 language standard and part of the GNU Compiler Collection. GNU Fortran supports the full language standard Fortran 95, parts of Fortran 2003 and Fortran 2008 and some extensions (eg Cray pointers ). Index verification at runtime is also offered. With the current version of GNU Debugger is a source-level debugger. Gfortran has replaced the older compiler g77, which is no longer maintained since GCC 4.0. Gfortran arose as a splinter group of g95.
