Ghana Football Association
The Ghana Football Association ( GFA ) is the Association of Ghanaian football clubs. It was founded in 1957 and joined in 1958 both the CAF and FIFA in. President of the GFA, Kwesi Nyantakyi since 2005.
Even before the establishment of the Ghana Football Association there was a Football Association in Ghana. 1952, the Gold Coast Amateur Football Association ( GCAFA ) was established and after the political revolution and declaration of independence by the United Kingdom from 1957 as Ghana Amateur Football Association ( GAF ), later renamed to its present name, refounded.
