Giampaolo Mazza ( born February 26, 1956 in Genoa) has recently been the coach of the national football team of San Marino and was sometimes referred to as " Mister San Marino ". Mid- October 2013, he announced his resignation from this post.

Mazza played during his time mainly in the third Italian League for the Sammarinese club San Marino Calcio. In 1987 he ended his football career. For official international appearances he did not come because the Sammarinese association is FIFA and UEFA member only since 1988.

The national team of his native country of trained full-time physical education teacher since 1998. Greatest success with the team here was the first and only victory for San Marino in an official international match against the selection of Liechtenstein (1:0). On 6 September 2006 was retracted in a European Championship qualifier against Germany with a 0:13 heaviest defeat ever.
