Gianfranco Matteoli

Gianfranco Matteoli (born 21 April 1959 Ovodda, Sardinia ) is a retired Italian footballer and current football official who is responsible for the youth of Cagliari Calcio since 1999.

Gianfranco Matteoli was midfielder and mainly as playmaker.

Matteoli graduated from 1986 to 1987 six caps for Italy.

On November 27, 1988, in league play Inter Milan against AC Cesena, Matteoli scored 9.9 seconds after the whistle then the fastest goal of the history of the series A. This record held for five years until Marco Branca replaced him as the quickest goalscorer.
