The Giant Center is a multi-purpose arena in Hershey, Pennsylvania. They will host the home games of the AHL Hershey Bears team. The Giant Center replaced the Hersheypark Arena as the new home of the Bears. Owner of the Center is the Derry Township Industrial and Commercial Development Authority, a resident of the area company. The arena is operated by Hershey Entertainment and Resorts Company.

Use

The Giant Center since its opening, the home of the Hershey Bears of the American Hockey League. The record crowd of 10,860 spectators at a hockey game was set up on June 9, 2009, when the host Bears met in game five of the playoff final series for the Calder Cup to the Manitoba Moose.

In addition, the hall for numerous other events such as music concerts, sports (basketball and wrestling) and concerts will be used. The Harlem Globetrotters already occurred several times for basketball games on show in it. On 21 September 2003, the WWE Unforgiven competition was held in the Giant Center. Furthermore, already occurred numerous artists such as 50 Cent and Cher on in the arena.
