Giant Sequoia National Monument

The Giant Sequoia National Monument is a National Monument in the southern Sierra Nevada in Central California. It is managed by the United States Forest Service as part of the Sequoia National Forest. It includes one of the ten largest sequoia trees, the Boole Tree with over 82 meters and a circumference at the base to 34 meters.

The National Monument consists of two parts. The northern part adjoins the Kings Canyon National Park, while the southern part adjacent to the Tule River Indian Reservation.
