Gibraltar Broadcasting Corporation

The Gibraltar Broadcasting Corporation (GBC ) is the public broadcaster of Gibraltar. It was founded in 1963, after the BBC since 1958, maintained a radio station for Gibraltar.

General

There is a radio and a television. The radio station transmits continuously predominantly in English and partly in Spanish. Some programs are taken over by the BBC. Television, there are usually from late afternoon until midnight. Newscasts are well represented, as well as talk shows like " Telebingo " enjoy great popularity in Gibraltar.
