Gil Cordovés

Gil Cordoves Pérez ( born March 14, 1965) is a Cuban cyclist who took the Venezuelan citizenship in December 2008.

Gil Cordovez got his first success at the 2001 Vuelta a Venezuela, where he won five stages at the age of 36 years. Overall, he was able to win 38 stages over the next few years. He could also isolated stages at the Vuelta a Costa Rica, Colombia Tour, at the Volta do Rio de Janeiro, the Vuelta al Táchira and the Clasico Ciclistico Banfoandes decide for themselves. In addition, he won another 37 sections and four Ratings for smaller races in Venezuela and the Dominican Republic.
