Gillette is a city and the county seat of Campbell County in the U.S. state of Wyoming.

Geography

Gillette covers an area of 34.7 km ² ( 13.4 mi ²), of which 0.1 km ² water surface. The city is located between the mountains of the Black Hills to the east and the Big Horn Mountains in the west. In Gillette, a Loran-C transmitter is located on a 213 meter high mast.
