Gimlé

Gimle ( Gimle ) or Gimli is in Norse mythology the place where get there the survivors of Ragnarök. He is mentioned in the Prose Edda and Voluspa. He is there as the most beautiful place in Asgard and even more beautiful than the sun.

The Norwegian fascist politician and Prime Minister Vidkun Quisling (1887-1945) named his residence Oslo, Villa Grande on the basis of this mythology in Gimle.
