Ginnie Crawford

Ginnie Crawford (actually Virginia Crawford, born ;) Powell ( born September 7, 1983) is an American hurdler who specializes in the 100-meter distance.

At the World Championships in Helsinki in 2005, she reached the semi-finals. The following year she became a U.S. champion and won bronze at the IAAF World Cup. In 2007 she defended her national title and finished fifth at the World Championships in Osaka.

In 2009, she finished sixth at the World Championships in Berlin, 2010 Fifth over 60 meters hurdles at the World Indoor Championships in Doha.

Ginnie Crawford is 1,75 m tall and weighs 71 kg. She is coached by Bob Kersee and starts for Nike. In 2006 she graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in the field of health care. On 16 April 2010 she married the sprint Olympic champion Shawn Crawford.
