Gino Lettieri
Gino Lettieri ( born December 23, 1966 in Zurich ) is a retired German - Italian football player and current football coach.
Playing career
Gino Lettieri grew up in Munich and went through the youth department of TSV 1860 Munich. As a 16 - year-old he was so badly injured in an accident on the knee that he turned out two and a half years. Lettieri yet made the jump to the second team and received strong performances by a one year contract for the first team. Since his knee but no longer withstand the increased stresses of daily training as a result of accidental injuries, he had to go to a professional career renounce and let his playing career at the amateur clubs TSV Ampfing, FC Wacker München and FC Falke finish Markt Schwaben.
Coaching career
After working as a player-coach of an amateur team from 1993 Lettieri from 1994 to 1997 at TSV 1860 München as an amateur manager, assistant coach and stand-by players active. Then he coached for three years the division FC Bayern Bayern Hof and 2000-2002 FC Augsburg, with whom he managed to climb into the then third-rate Regionalliga Süd 2002. After working in the Bonner SC took Gino Letteri 2003-2006 SpVgg Bayreuth, with which he also ascended into the regional league. After a brief involvement with the SV Darmstadt 98, he was responsible, together with the sports manager Fred Arbinger for the crew of the second division Wacker Burghausen until the end of 2006/ 07. In December 2007, he became coach of SpVgg Weiden in Bavaria now fünftklassigen League and managed in the 2008 /09 season with the team to promotion to the Regionalliga.
On 9 February 2010 he dissolved his contract to move to the relegation-threatened Wehen in the third league. There Lettieri began with three losses in a row, but managed with the team on the 35th matchday league. After a good start to the season Lettieri extended in November 2010, his first season to end prematurely concluded contract until 30 June 2013 and reached at the end of the season with just one point adrift of the relegation place to fourth. The following season, the previously selected by the coaches of the league rivals for the top favorites for the rise of the team's high expectations, however, could not meet and was completed after 24 games on table number 13, which is why Lettieri was released on February 15, 2012. On February 24, 2014 Lettieri was presented as an assistant coach Norbert Meier of the second division club Arminia Bielefeld.

Gino Lettieri is married and has two children.
