Program Description
Gio -Key - Board is a free definable, multimedia Anlauttastatur with built- writing program. The virtual keyboard for abecedarian is particularly suitable for reading and writing learning ( acquisition of written language ).
Word processing for children
The keyboard with Anlauttabellen character can be used with either external word processing programs or with the built-in "talking text processing ". Initial sound letters and examples ( eg: "A" - " ant " ) are reproduced in this language or speech synthesis. Letters, words and texts can be read, spelled or recorded with the Sound Recorder. Words or text modules can be inserted into the text using the "talking dictionary ". The program also features various cloze functions and an Ispell spelling checker.
Children keyboard ( Anlauttastatur )
The input keyboard of the program is individual and multilingual customizable. Keyboard layouts (one to 450 keys) of the Anlauttastatur, key assignments ( with letters, special characters, text blocks, shortcuts, etc.), Anlautbilder, key sizes, speech synthesizers, sounds, fonts, colors, etc. are freely definable. Also HTML files (with images, image maps, links, tables, etc.) can be used as keyboard layouts. Key images, text editor and keyboard can be switched on and disappears each. The writing program and the Anlauttastatur can be customized with over 100 setting options to individual needs beyond.
Technical details
The program interface is multilingual (default: German and English). By including the appropriate language files, the program is available for other languages ( Italian, French, Spanish, etc.).
