Giorgio Bianchi

Giorgio Bianchi ( born February 18, 1904 in Rome, † February 9, 1967 ) was an Italian film director, screenwriter and actor.

Life

Bianchi began after a technical study and after employment in various occupations in 1925 as an actor in a silent movie Augusto Geninas and worked in the years to 1933, with some of the most important directors of Italy of that time together. Then he turned short of dubbing work and then the assistant director to before with La maestrina presented in 1942 (after the comedy by Dario Niccodemi ) his debut film as a director. In subsequent films, Bianchi established as a stager not banal materials, but also the occasional comedy, often in its screenplay. From the mid- 1950s he often turned increasingly more commercial materials, including a number of crime films, too. A later peak of his comedic material was 1962 Totò e Peppino diviso a Berlino.
