Giorgio Cavazzano

Giorgio Cavazzano (* October 19, 1947 in Venice ) is an Italian comic book artist.

Biography

Cavazzano was Learns the age of 12 by his older cousin Luciano Capitanio, where he helped with the inks of his pencil drawings. From the age of 14, he worked for Romano Scarpa, of how he lived in Venice, active and inked to 1973, whose pencil drawings.

1967, at the age of 20, he debuted himself as a draftsman. His distinctive style enjoyed great popularity rapidly. Particular enthusiasm aroused his Casablanca parody with the Ducks. Since Cavazzano records quickly, he also had time to take care of other series in addition to the Disney stories. In 1988 he left the Italian Disney production, and became head of the comic production of the French magazine Pif. In addition, he worked for years with the French scenarist Francois Corteggiani together. It originated here in addition to some common Disney Comics diverse stories of the comic book series Captain Rogers, whose scenarios before Disney star author Giorgio Pezzin had written. He now works again as a draftsman at Topolino, the Italian version of the Mickey Mouse magazine, but characterized mainly longer comics for Disney publications in paperback form.

Was published in 2006 in Italy by him subscribed issue of Spider -Man ( L' uomo ragno Italian ) Il Segreto del entitled vetro.

It would be idle to enumerate here all of Cavazzano on German published Disney stories. Also is a listing of the stories that he designed for the French comic magazine Pif Gadget and appeared on German in Yps currently not possible, because apparently no one has yet attempted to an association of German stories published on the originals.
