Giorgio Stegani

Giorgio Stegani (actually Giorgio Stegani Casorati, born October 13, 1928 in Milan ) is an Italian film director and screenwriter.

Life

Stegani studied until 1951 Political Science in Florence, then spent some years in Bologna and then moved to Rome to write screenplays. He was introduced by his acquaintance with Jean Renoir, 1955 responsible for the scripts to adventure and other genre films, often until 1970. Almost all his films, he recorded as George Finley, only his latest films, he published under his own name. After an interval of about ten years he was the mid-1980s as a screenwriter for Lamberto Bava active again.
