Giovanna Antonelli

Giovanna Antonelli ( born March 18, 1976 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) is a Brazilian actress and singer.

Life

Antonelli is the daughter of Brazilian actor Hilton Prado and the dancer Suelly Antonelli. Her career as an actress, she started as a teenager in the children's program Angélica. She played her first major role in the Brazilian soap opera Malhação. There she presented from 1995 to 2000 the figure Isa Pasqualete dar. In 2000, she played Sharon in the film Bossa Nova. After her film debut, she played the role of Capitu in the telenovela Laços de Família. Subsequently, she played Mary Magdalene in the musical Jesus Christ Superstar. In 2001, she played the young Muslim woman Jade in the Brazilian TV series O Clone. Her male partner was Murilo Benício. In 2002, she starred in the film Avassaladoras. A year later, she took on the role of the Brazilian national heroine Anita Ana Garibaldi, in the mini- series A Casa das Sete Mulheres to. From 2003 to today, followed by numerous other movies, mini-series and telenovelas.

Antonelli was married several times. From her first husband, the Brazilian Ricardo Medina, she separated in 2001. From 2002 to 2007 she lived with Murilo Benício, with whom she has a son. In 2007, she married Roberto Locascio. Today, it is with the director Leonardo Nogueira. The couple has two daughters.
