Giovanni Battista Savelli

Giovanni Battista Savelli (* around 1422 in Rome, † September 18, 1498 in Castel Gandolfo ) was a Cardinal of the Catholic Church.

By Pope Sixtus IV on May 15, 1480 Cardinal, he was shortly afterwards Cardinal Deacon of Ss. Vito, Modesto e Crescenzia. From 1484 he moved to Title Diakonia San Nicola in Carcere. From August 31 1492 to March 27, 1493, he was Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Majorca and was still in September 1492 Archpriest of the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore.
