Giovanni Perrone

Giovanni Perrone S. J. ( Born March 11, 1794 in Chieri, (Piedmont ); † August 28, 1876 in Castel Gandolfo ) was a Roman Catholic theologian, Jesuit and dogmatists.

Giovanni Perrone studied theology in Turin in 1815 and went to Rome, where he joined the Society of Jesus. In 1816 he was appointed professor of theology to Orvieto and 1823 to the Roman College. Since 1830 he was a professor in Ferrara at the local Jesuit college whose rector he was in 1850.

He has made ​​himself known among other things, some works translated into many European languages ​​.
