Girma Tolla

Girma Tolla ( born October 13, 1975) is an Ethiopian long-distance runner.

At the World Cross Country Championships in 1997, he came in at number 27 and won with the Ethiopian team bronze at the World Cross Country Championships in 1999, he finished 17th and took the team silver.

He was at the World Athletics Championships in Seville over 10,000 m fourth, and the following year he was at the Olympic Games in Sydney over the same distance Eleventh Also in 1999.

He then moved to the road race and won the Enschede Marathon 2004. Following year, he finished tenth in the Paris Marathon and fourth in the Las Vegas Marathon. In 2007 he finished fifth at the Rock 'n ' Roll Arizona Marathon and 2009, second in the Nagano Marathon and seventh at the Reims Marathon.
