GISMA Business School was a private educational institution in Hanover, which offered a post-graduate management training Master of Business Administration. GISMA established in 1999 through an initiative of the company and the Government of Lower Saxony forth. She was privately organized and managed. GISMA cooperated with the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University in Indiana, USA and the University of Hannover and offered both a German and an American MBA degree from. In addition to a 11- month full -time MBA program, in cooperation with the Krannert School of Management, and a 22 -month part-time Executive MBA program, in cooperation with the Krannert School of Management, TiasNimbas Business School in the Netherlands and the CEU Business School in Hungary, GISMA also offered a part-time MBA in the weekend format. Bankruptcy and sales

GISMA has filed for bankruptcy on May 14, 2013.
