Giuliano Figueras

Giuliano Figueras ( born January 24, 1976 in Arzano ) is an Italian racing cyclist.

Figueras 1997 at Mapei professional cyclist. A year earlier he won the road race in the U23 class at the road World Cycling Championships in Lugano. At the Tour de Langkawi 1998, he celebrated with a stage win his first success as a professional. After further victories in the Tour de Romandie, Tour de la Région Wallonne, GP Rik Van Steenbergen and GP Chiasso, he moved in 2001 to Ceramiche Panaria. In four years, he won the Giro del Veneto, the Giro dell'Appennino that Settimana Internazionale and again the GP Chiasso. Since 2005, he runs for the Italian ProTour team Lampre. After the 2007 season ended Figueres at the age of 31 years, his career as a professional cyclist.
