Giuseppe Baldo

Giuseppe Baldo ( born July 27, 1914 in Piombino Dese, † July 31, 2007 in Montecatini Terme ) was an Italian football player.

The midfielder came first from 1933 Calcio Padova in Serie A on before he moved to the relegation to the second division and one season in Serie B to Lazio. He remained there for seven years, with a one-year break when he played for Vicenza Calcio. For Lazio, he played a total of 169 league matches and six Mitropapokalspiele. He reached the 1937 runner-up title and the final of the Mitropa Cup. He represented the Italian national football team at the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin, won her the gold medal and came up in four games for use. This remained his only appearances in the national team.

He was the last survivor of the Italian Football Gold Team of 1936.
