Giuseppe Gemiti (born 3 May 1981 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German footballer of Italian origin. He is 20 -times German U-21 national team.

After the defensively oriented midfielder was active in the youth teams of red and white and Eintracht Frankfurt, he signed for the season 1999/2000 a professional contract with the harmony. In his first season as a professional Gemiti was no use in the Bundesliga, in the relegation season of 2000 /01 he played three times. In the upcoming season of 1.76 meter left-footed completed twelve matches in the second division, scoring two goals.

For the 2002/03 season finally changed the Frankfurt in the Italian Serie A for Udinese Calcio. While he came up with 26 appearances in his first season, he played in the second year only four times in the first round. Unhappy about this fact left the midfielder Udine to play from the second half for the team from Genoa in Serie B. There he stood until 2005 in 50 league games on the pitch and scored three goals.

Since the season 2005/ 06 Gemiti stood at FC Modena under contract. Once, however, he was not happy there, he was loaned out after the first round at Chievo Verona. For the season 2006/ 07 changed Gemiti, also on loan to Piacenza Calcio in the Serie B.

For the season 2007/ 08 Gemiti not returned to Modena and was a little tight later committed Piacenza. Here he remained only a year before he to his former club FC Modena moved back free transfer. Played there until the end of the season 2008 /09. After he was then able to find until January 2010 no new club he joined in January 2010, the third division Novara Calcio at. After two ascents with Novara Calcio in a row, Gemiti played in the 2011/12 season in Serie A.
