Giuseppe Rotunno
Giuseppe Rotunno ( born March 19, 1923 in Rome ) is an Italian cameraman.
Life
Rotunno began in 1951 as a simple cameraman and since 1954 working as a cinematographer on now 77 feature films.
In 1954 he made his debut as a cinematographer with the movie Attila - The Scourge of God. This was followed by et al 1956 Monte Carlo, 1966 The Bible, 1985 Red Sonja 1987 Rent-A- Cop 1994 Wolf - The animal in man and 1995 Sabrina. He often worked with directors Federico Fellini and Luchino Visconti.
For his work on All That Jazz in 1979 he was nominated for an Oscar.
The codes mentioned in the movie credits A.I.C. and A.S.C. have Rotunnos towards membership both in the Italian and in the U.S. professional organization of Cinematographers.
