Glass is a Dutch short documentary film by Bert Haanstra from the year 1958.

Action

The film shows the production of glass in various forms. Production

Awards

Glass won at the Berlinale 1958 Silver Bear, Special Prize of the Jury. In 1959, he won a BAFTA Award for Best Documentary in 1960 and won the Oscar for Best Short Documentary. It was the first Oscar win for a Dutch movie.
